Meet Dr. Jesse Rosario, DMD

Dr. Rosario practiced Endodontics in Houston, Texas before deciding to come back to his hometown of Orlando, Florida. In the early stages of his career he served as a Fire Fighter and EMT in the small town of Ocoee, Florida. During this time he studied Molecular biology and Microbiology at UCF. After graduation he went on to The University of Alabama at Birmingham where he would later receive his degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine. During his time at UAB he received the Excellence in Prosthodontics award for his outstanding expertise in diagnosis and clinical treatment. Only one such award is given to each graduating class. After returning home from Alabama, Dr. Rosario practiced restorative dentistry. He would later find himself back at UAB, this time studying to become a specialist in endodontics. While at UAB, in addition to training in endodontics, Dr. Rosario conducted research comparing the surface wear of endododontic re-treatment instruments when exposed to various bioceramic sealers. He has also presented research at the UAB Scholars Symposium titled, Possible Actinomyces Role in Failure of Endodontic Treatment, and at the annual Hinman dental meeting in Atlanta, Georgia titled, Prosthodontics and Endodontics-Before and After.
Dr. Rosario is an active member of his community as well as the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Dental Society of Greater Orlando, and Florida District Dental Association. When he is not working he enjoys being active, watching Formula 1, reading or spending quality time with family and friends.
