Dr. Rosario brings extensive clinical experience and years of advanced training in all aspects of endodontic treatment to our practice. He is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association and regional organizations.

Dr. Rosario graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with his Doctor of Dental Medicine and received awards for his clinical knowledge including the Excellence in Prosthodontics Award for his expertise in diagnosis and clinical skill demonstrated in the treatment of his patients. After practicing as a restorative dentist, he returned to UAB to complete postdoctoral training to become a specialist in  the field of endodontics.

Dr. Rosario brings broad experience in the diagnosis of pain, as well as surgical and nonsurgical endodontic therapy using the latest dental technology to take care of his patients.
